About PixMidas

PixMidas provides free browser-based tools for processing images, PDFs, text, and other files. All processing happens on your device. No files are uploaded to any server.

These tools are provided for personal and professional convenience. They are not a substitute for professional software, certified services, or expert advice of any kind.

Use at your own risk

All tools on PixMidas are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool will produce output that is accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the output of any tool meets your needs before relying on it. This applies to all tools, including but not limited to image editing, PDF processing, document redaction, text formatting, and photo resizing.

Your responsibility

You agree to use PixMidas tools lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for the files you process, the output you produce, and any decisions you make based on that output.

PixMidas does not verify, validate, or certify the output of any tool. If you use output from PixMidas for official documents, legal filings, government applications, professional deliverables, or any purpose where accuracy matters, it is your responsibility to verify the result independently before submitting or relying on it.

Specific tool notices

Passport Photo Maker: This tool resizes and crops photos to commonly used dimensions. It does not validate whether a photo meets the requirements of any government agency, embassy, or authority. Photo requirements vary by country and change without notice. Always verify current requirements with the relevant issuing authority before submitting.

Document Redactor: This tool applies visual redactions on your device. While designed to obscure selected content, we do not guarantee that redacted information is irrecoverable in all circumstances. For highly sensitive documents, verify the output before sharing.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PixMidas, its owner, and its contributors accept no liability for any damages, losses, costs, rejected applications, missed deadlines, or any other negative outcome arising from the use of these tools. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

The total liability of PixMidas shall never exceed the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding on PixMidas is the property of its owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the tools or their source code without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PixMidas after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
